Joined the OFR in 2016. His work centers on the banking sector, financial intermediation, and behavioral finance. He holds a doctorate in financial economics from the Yale School of Management, a master’s degree in statistics from Columbia University, and a bachelor’s degree in mathematics and economics from the University of California, Los Angeles. Prior to earning his doctorate, he served as a research and teaching fellow at Stanford Law School.
