WASHINGTON, DC – Today, the Office of Financial Research (OFR) announced the creation of a LinkedIn company page. We welcome those interested in hearing the OFR’s latest news to follow our page.

Organizations use LinkedIn company pages to post updates, job opportunities, event details, and much more. Through our LinkedIn page, the OFR will notify followers about important findings from our latest research, new data and financial-stability monitoring tools, upcoming conferences, and employment opportunities.

This is the latest move in our ongoing efforts to increase the visibility of the OFR’s mission and work, especially our research and data products. LinkedIn adds to the OFR’s presence on Twitter (@ofrgov), our blog, and our website.

The OFR helps promote financial stability by looking across the financial system to measure and analyze risks, perform essential research, and collect and standardize financial data, principally to support the Financial Stability Oversight Council and its member agencies. In addition, the Dodd-Frank Wall Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act requires the OFR to analyze threats to the financial stability of the United States each year and provide a report to Congress with its key findings.
